50% Deposit is required at time of booking and 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is for dates within the 30 day period the full amount is due at time of booking.
Cancelation policy: 60 days notice for a full refund, 30 days notice for a 50% refund. We encourage all guests to purchase cancellation and interruption insurance. All reservations can be canceled with a full refund within 24 hours of booking unless the arrival date is within that 24 hour period.
By booking you agree to the following rules; We have a 2 person occupency. We do not allow parties at Aqua Guesthouse. All guests must be registered with us. Unauthorized guests are not welcome on the premises (you may make a request with us if you would like to invite someone onto the property). Smoking, candles & incense is not permitted inside of apartments. We do not accept pets.
